MEET THE TEAM
Derek Sibert is a mechanical engineer, project manager, and Mechanical Department Manager based in Eugene, Oregon, with Evergreen Engineering. He brings a broad range of technical and leadership experience supporting projects across the wood products, biomass power, pulp and paper, and chemical industries.
Derek specializes in project and construction management, engineering design, and data analysis and reporting. His technical expertise includes piping system design and stress analysis, ASME pressure vessel and power piping codes, and the application of power cycles, heat transfer principles, and materials handling systems. He is also experienced in developing material specifications for a wide variety of mechanical and piping systems.
Known for his practical approach and attention to detail, Derek works closely with clients and project teams to deliver efficient, reliable solutions from concept through construction.
