Dominic M. Sergi

Chief Executive Officer, Board Chairman
Mr. Sergi is a CES founder and served as Chief Executive Officer of Rex Electric, one of Chicago's leading commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical contractors. Under Mr. Sergi's leadership Rex Electric revenues grew from $250,000 in 1979 to over $145 million, with 600 employees and strategic alliances across the Midwest. Mr. Sergi also founded Sergi Family Partners, a firm that owns and manages commercial and industrial properties.

Dan Reardon

Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Reardon has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace, automotive, agriculture, construction and tool and die manufacturing sectors. He spent most of the time in the heat treating, metals and metallurgical engineering industries, with extensive expertise in engineering, furnaces and equipment, software development and ERP systems, technical estimating, equipment design, process and systems optimization and executive management. Mr. Reardon's skills allowed him to design, develop, optimize, and implement equipment and processes. Mr. Reardon holds a BS in Engineering Management and Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Dr. Peter Schubert

Technical Advisor
Dr. Schubert is Director of the Richard G. Lugar Center for Renewable Energy and Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis ("IUPUI"). A broadly skilled engineer with deep technical capabilities, Dr. Schubert holds 53 patents in the United States and Europe, and has published over 90 technical publications, and played a major role in designing the control systems associated with the CES Technology. Prior to his appointments at IUPUI, Dr. Schubert was a Senior Director at Packer Engineering, Inc., one of CES' strategic supplier-partners, and served as the chief systems engineer for the development of the CES system. Dr. Schubert holds a B.A. in Physics from Washington University in St. Louis, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
