Ed has a consistent
success record as President & CFO. He has a diversified background in omni-channel sales & marketing, distribution, and manufacturing. As President/CFO of Blick Art Materials (2,000 employees) for 20 years he was instrumental in leading company growth 5X to over $320 million while directly leading the Retail company growth from $17 million to over $150 million. He achieved 10X improvement in EBITDA over his tenure. At Leica, a $975 million global company over manufacturing and distribution with 65 SBU’s in 23 countries he held dual roles as VP in Finance and M&A living for last 4 years as expatriate in Switzerland. While there Ed co-led a $350 million North American operations re-engineering $190 million sales and distribution achieving 61% profit improvement with 12% reduction in operating costs. He has a BS degree in Accounting for Canisius College, and CPA from NYS where he started his first 8 years of career in Public Accounting.
