Mr. Salge brings extensive experience in mechatronics and industrial systems with a career spanning diverse technical roles including Engineering Technician
for turbine and generator controls at BJ Energy, Lead Systems Development Technologist at Reservoir Data Systems, and Engineering and Electronics
Technician positions across the oil and gas industry. Randall has developed and/or maintained multiple PLC/DAQ/SCADA systems, worked with various
database and data visualization platforms, and provided engineering support for turbine generators. He is highly skilled in programming languages including
Python, PHP, and JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as ladder logic and structured programming. Randall graduated Summa Cum Laude from Universal Technical
Institute with expertise in automotive, diesel, and industrial technologies, earning multiple Student of Class awards. He is a general technology enthusiast
who enjoys building new and restoring old computers, programming, tinkering with electronics, working on classic cars, and helping friends and family with
technical challenges in his spare time.
